This Week in FSU Athletics: Post-Season Opportunities

Florida State has an opportunity to make an impact in the post-season.

Looking at the week ahead, here’s a preview for what Florida State has coming up:

It’s an all-or-nothing gambit moving forward for the Seminoles as they must fight their way to bowl eligibility. The win streak will need to begin against a surging Miami offense this Saturday, November 13th, 2021 at 3:30 PM ET in Doak Campbell. The game is the last of the regular season in Tallahassee and therefore will also serve as a Senior game. The game will be broadcast on EPSN, and tickets to the game can still be purchased through the Seminoles Athletics website. We encourage everyone locally or traveling to purchase tickets direct from the University before using third-party services.

Men’s Basketball

It’s a big rivalry weekend as the Seminoles will make their way south to Gainesville, FL to face the Florida Gators on Sunday, November 14th, 2021. The game will be played at 1:00 PM ET and be broadcast on ESPN. Then, FSU will return to Tallahassee to face the Tulane Green Wave on Wednesday, November 17th, 2021 at 8:00 PM ET.

Women’s Basketball

The Seminoles have a home match against Milwaukee this Sunday, November 14th, 2021 at 2:00 PM ET. This game will be broadcast on the ACCNX.

Florida State battled against Virginia in the ACC Tournament and won 1-0. As a result, the Seminoles earned the number one overall seed in the NCAA Tournament. FSU will play host in the first round of the NCAA Tournament, which starts this Friday, November 12th, 2021 at 6:00 PM ET. The Seminoles will face South Alabama, and the game will be played at the Seminoles Soccer Complex. Turn out, Tallahassee!

The women’s volleyball team will be traveling north to Syracuse, NY to face the Orangemen in a conference matchup. The Seminoles will tip-off at noon ET this Sunday, November 14th, 2021, and the game will be broadcast on the ACCNX.

Women’s Tennis

The ladies were extended an invite to the UNF Fall Invitational, which will be played in Jacksonville, FL this Friday, November 12th, 2021.

Cross Country

FSU is off to the NCAA Regionals, which will be hosted in Florence, AL this Friday, November 12th, 2021.
