Lead Story

For Florida State football, things sure seem to be heating up on the recruiting trail.

For the second time in 10 days, the Seminoles received the commitment of a top-150 prospect. The latest came on Tuesday in the form of 4-star defensive lineman Keldric Faulk. FSU landed the pledge of 4-star offensive lineman Roderick Kearney last Sunday.

Listed at 6-foot-5 and 240 pounds, Faulk holds offers from Auburn, Clemson, Florida, Alabama, Miami, Georgia and Penn State among others. Faulk is the No. 84 overall prospect for 2023, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings and the ninth-best player at his position.

A native of Alabama, Faulk becomes the highest ranked member of FSU’s recruiting class. As a whole, FSU’s class now ranks 38th nationally, according to the Composite rankings.
