On Friday, Florida State football picked up its fourth commitment in a week and second for the 2023 class.

Running back Samuel Singleton was the latest prospect to pledge his services to the Seminoles. A 5-foot-11, 180-pound back from Orange Park, the 4-star prospect chose FSU over the likes of LSU, Miami, Michigan, Ole Miss and Virginia Tech.

According to the 247Sports Composite rankings, Singleton is the No. 287 overall prospect for 2023. He’s the 15th-best running back.

For the 2023 class, Singleton becomes the 12th total commitment for the Seminoles and the first running back. With the commitment, FSU’s class now ranks 32nd overall and sixth in the ACC, according to the Composite.
